Why you should choose me

I’m Heather, a learning and development specialist and executive coach with a PGCE and Master’s in psychology who is deeply passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner human. My work is deeply rooted in the belief that emotions are not something to suppress but to understand, harness, and use as a catalyst for growth. I create transformative learning experiences that empower individuals to step into their full potential with confidence and clarity.

My coaching journey is deeply personal. Losing my dad was a defining moment in my life- it reshaped how I see resilience, emotions, and personal growth. It was also the lowest point I had ever faced. They say not to make big decisions after a major life event, but I did, and it turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me.

In the aftermath of my loss, I sought support through therapy, which had its place in helping me process my grief. But there came a point when I no longer wanted to dwell in the past - I wanted to focus on the future. I wanted to harness my emotions, not suppress them, and use them as fuel for growth. That’s when I found coaching. It gave me the tools to step forward with purpose, build resilience from within, and transform my emotions into strengths rather than obstacles.

Now, I help others do the same. I specialise in coaching individuals through imposter syndrome, building emotional intelligence, and unlocking their full potential while helping leaders create inclusive, high-performing teams. My background in facilitation and training allows me to deliver engaging sessions that inspire real change, rooted in psychological concepts.

I believe that true, authentic leadership starts with understanding yourself. By embracing your emotions, reframing limiting beliefs, and building resilience, you can unlock a leadership style that is both authentic and impactful. My approach is not just about strategies - it’s about real transformation, creating the space for growth, connection, and confidence.
